Best pizza and calzones around. The sauce/cheese/crust ratio is on point everytime! After moving back to Cleveland I took my daughter to get pizza from Godmothers for the first time and now my daughter craves their food. This is the classic Cleveland pizza I missed when I was away! Seeing that the reviews that owners are rude is crazy to me…. They are ALWAYS super friendly to me!!!

I’ve lived in Parma for nearly 25 years and somehow have never tried Godmother’s Pizza until a few days ago. Wow. It was phenomenal. I’m half Italian and incredibly picky when it comes to Italian food, especially with sauce and pizza. Godmother’s blew me away. I knew as soon as I walked in with their Italian cooking sign and wooden spoon on the wall that it was going to be good. It turned out to be great and some of the most authentic pizza I’ve had. You can tell that the dough is fresh and the ingredients are high quality. The salads were also really great! What really separated them, at least for me, was their sauce. It was excellent and next time I’ll buy a jar of it too. Godmother’s don’t change anything that you’re doing. This is now my go-to pizza place. The staff was also very friendly, provided great first impressions, and seemed happy which is a great indication that this is a very well-run business. My only recommendation would be adding a few coupons or meal deals to bundle in some other menu items with the pizza.

We have been looking for a new pizza place since our go-to place (Roman Fountain) closed. Godmother's pizza more than exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be going back. They use quality ingredients that they did not chintz on and seem to take care when making the pizza.

This is a good spot to hit up for pizza when you're in the area and need a quick, reliable takeout option. The pizza itself is tasty and makes for a satisfying meal on the go. My main suggestion for improvement concerns the sides: I wish the Bosco sticks were freshly made. They tasted like they were pre-made or reheated rather than prepared fresh, which was a little disappointing. Overall, definitely recommend for a convenient pizza pickup, but hopefully, they can elevate the quality of their sides soon!

Godmother's Pizza and Subs is hands down a hidden gem! Their meatball sub is the best I’ve ever had. The bread is baked to perfection, with just the right balance of softness and crunch. The meatballs are tender and flavorful, paired with a rich, savory sauce that ties everything together beautifully. Every bite feels like comfort food done right. If you’re in the area, this is a 100% must-try spot. You won’t be disappointed!
